The DCH POA's governing documents must comply with the Maryland State Code §11B–118 "The Maryland Homeowners Association Act" (2022). 

The POA's documents take precedence relative to their position in the hierarchy.

  2. Recorded Map, Plan, or Plat
  3. Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs)
  4. Articles of Incorporation
  5. By-Laws and Amendments
  6. Operating Rules, Regulations, and Restrictions
