DCH POA Map

The Deep Creek Highlands POA is located at the junction of Overlook Pass Road and Wisp Mountain Road. The Highlands community is situated along the Northeastern facing ridge of Marsh Hill overlooking McHenry, Maryland, and Deep Creek Lakes' North Cove.

Deep Creek Highlands subdivisions include:
- The Highlands (gated area) consists of 114 homes, cabins, and lots in the area South of Overlook Pass Rd.
- The Overlook Villas consists of 30 townhome units in the area North of Overlook Pass Rd.
