At no charge, every property in the Deep Creek Highlands Subdivision will be granted six (6) Annual Membership Passes designated for that parcel of property and not transferable to other properties.  The 6 Annual Membership Passes may be used by Members and Members’ guests residing on the property to enjoy the Association’s amenities.There is no restriction on the number of Guests using the amenities when the Member is present. Actual passes will not be dispersed- the amenities are monitored for member and non-member usage.
